IFOTEC introduces a new generation of Gigabit Ethernet media converters. These solutions remain robust and compact, featuring advanced functionalities ideal for demanding deployments, including video surveillance networks.

Advanced Gigabit Ethernet media converters

Each Gigabit Ethernet media converter includes:

  • Copper and SFP ports with flexible data rate configuration (100Mbps or 1Gbps), adjustable automatically or manually to suit your needs.
  • Advanced diagnostic features: FEF (Far-End Fault) and LFP (Link Fault Pass-Through) provide fast and precise detection of issues on fibre and copper links, minimising downtime.
  • IFOTEC Innovation: Our exclusive Optical PoE Control (OPC) technology is available on the PoE++ 90W version. In the event of an optical link failure, PoE power is automatically turned off and restored as soon as the signal returns.
