INet6+

INet6 + is a secure 6-port manageable industrial Gigabit Ethernet switch:

• 4 RJ45 ports, 10/100/1000 Mbps, PoE + PSE (IEEE 802.3af and 802.3at standard)
• 2 SFP ports, 100/1000 Mbps -> Consult our wide range of SFPs

This product allows to build an optical chain or ring network (depending on the network architecture, please consult us) to connect from 1 to 4 IP devices on each switch.

Management of dry contact

INet6+ manages a dry contact input and output. The TOR output contact can be controlled locally to manage product alarms or can be controlled remotely by other equipment or a software interface.

Network and security features

• Each port on the INet4+ switch can be controlled independently using Layer 2 Ethernet functions, for example to assign a specific VLAN, isolate traffic, or prioritize certain services.
• The switch can be configured and monitored remotely and securely with encrypted access to operating data via protocols such as HTTPS, SNMPv3, and SSHv2.
• Support for RADIUS and TACACS+ protocols enables secure centralized authentication, ensuring control of administrator access and traceability of actions performed.
• The INet6+ switch continuously records all important actions that occur on the network and generates an event log that it can transmit to a remote server using the Syslog protocol.

INet6+ already complies with the European Union’s Cyber Resilience Act.

Management interface

Designed to be highly intuitive and easy to use, the web-based configuration interface is quick to learn. Its integrated dashboard provides a clear and instant view of the network status, the performance of each port, and system alerts.

PoE features

The INet6+ PoE+ switch has intelligent PoE features to secure equipment installations:

• An alarm can be activated on each PoE port to report a power failure. The Ping Watchdog function allows you to restart the PoE power supply of a device that is no longer responding and to notify this in the Ethernet switch’s event log.

for better infrastructure energy management:

• The Ethernet switch’s intelligent scheduling function allows you to define PoE operating time slots for each port.
• The PoE class limitation function per port ensures maximum consumption for the installation.
• Intelligent PoE power allocation management adjusts the power delivered according to the actual needs of the connected equipment.

Housing and power supply

This equipment is available in a small size stand-alone housing. A fixing for DIN rail mounting is available in option.

Its continuous power input allows it to supply power to both the switch and four PoE PD
(Powered Device) devices.
When PoE is in use, the switch must be powered between 44 and 57VDC (54VDC nominal). It can also be powered by 14-60VDC when the PoE function is not in use.

Harsh environment

The product is designed to operate in a severe environment (- 20 ° C to + 60 ° C).
